Opus OSE120CB Low Level Order Picker

The OSE120CB is perfectly suited for intense picking together with occasional stacking activities such as 3 roll cages or 1 pallet, for order picking at first and second levels.

The OSE120CB is designed to simplify the entire order picking process by adding pallet handling as an extra feature.  Fully adjustable fork widths allow handling of different pallet sizes.  Efficiency together with safety are key words.

  • * Load Support is optional to provide additional load and operator safety.
    * Autoplug Braking is available.  This facility provides automatic braking when the operator releases the butterfly control switch.

PERFORMANCE

  • * High speed operation — 10 km/h. Top speed and acceleration can be adjusted to suit local conditions.
    * Heavy duty battery compartment — 600 Ahc.

COMFORT / ERGONOMICS

  • * Low step into the drivers compartment — regardless of fork height.
    * The forks can be elevated to ensure an ergonomic working position that does not require the operator to bend when placing goods on the load carrier. Lowering down to 200 mm is controlled by a push-button (option) on the back rest; thereafter from the control console.
    * Electronic steering system is optional.  A new comfortable steering wheel module with the steering wheel placed to the left. Requires minimum effort whatever the load. Folds fully to provide a clear second level working platform.

EASE OF USE

  • * Fast, easy battery change for multishift operations. The battery can be rolled out from the left or right or it can be lifted from above.
    * Excellent servicing and fault-finding with easy access to all components including drive wheel and castor wheel. LED’s indicate system faults.
    * Second level step-up kit is optional.  For occasional second level picking the step-up kit provides easy access to the working platform.
