The rugged 2045 kg capacity Raymond ® 102XM Walkie Pallet Truck is a low cost, highly manoeuvrable, ergonomically designed performer. It’s ideal for crowded loading docks, right angle stacking, congested aisles – and especially those tight spaces inside trailers.

SAFETY

• * When working inside trailers or other confined areas, the operator can move the handle to a nearly vertical position. This conserves space while maintaining control and maneuverability, allowing for right angle stacking and pinwheeling.  The electric brake provides built-in anti-roll protection.
  * The 102XM is built to last, with superior construction and a resilient, high-impact cover. A rugged wrap-around bumper protects the drive unit and drive tire. You’ll get years of reliability in the most demanding applications.

PRODUCTIVITY

• * The standard package allows the truck to operate in temperatures above 0°C.  With the addition of the optional cold storage conditioning package, the 102XM can operate in temperatures as low as -25° C.
  * The 102XM has a virtually unlimited range of performance settings to control slow and fast mode speeds, as well as acceleration and deceleration, optimizing control in tight quarters and speed in open areas.

PERFORMANCE

• * With reduced head length and a unique handle configuration and fork profile, the 102XM easily performs 180° turns needed for loading and unloading trucks and for efficient right angle stacking.
  * The 102XM can be programmed to match the skill of each operator.  The unique handle includes a keypad that lets you program the truck’s performance to fit up to 10 different operator skill levels – from slower speeds for new employees to highperformance speeds for experienced operators. Performance can also be programmed to match specific applications.

COMFORT / ERGONOMICS

• * Everything is designed with the operator in mind.  The unique handle provides smooth, comfortable control as the operator walks. Whether traveling tractor-first or forks-first, the truck’s direction and speed are controlled with convenient thumb wheels. This allows one-handed operation for forward, reverse, lift, lower or horn.

EASE OF USE

• * Easy-to-read displays on the handle include battery discharge indicator, hour meter and error code display.
  * All of the main service points of the 102XM can be accessed by simply removing the cover. No hoisting or jacking is needed. This reduces service time and increases uptime.
