The OP-series offers a complete range of high level pickers with both auxiliary lift and walk through versions.

SAFETY

• * The OPTIPACE+ system continuously monitors the position of the truck and cab height and at all times optimizes speed and acceleration accordingly. Hydraulic system that allows precise control of the lift and lowering speed on both the cab and the auxiliary lift.
  * The spacious cab has a short distance between the cab and the load carrier, minimizing the risk of repetitive strain and maximizing productivity.
  * The compact size of the truck in combination with the advanced BT electronic steering and fingertip touch controls, facilitates fine positioning and confident driving in or outside of the aisle.
  * The visibility through the cab window is exceptionally good, providing an over 70° view angle increasing efficiency, security and reducing body twisting.
  * A complete auto test routine is carried out every time the machine is turned on. Continuous repetition during operation ensures safety.

COMFORT / ERGONOMICS

• * A spacious and ergonomic cab design, with adjustable positions of controls and back rest.
  * Stable gates with folding threshold together with a flat floor allows comfortable and safe picking throughout the shift.

EASE OF USE

• * The acceleration/retardation and top speed is easily programmable.
  * The service and maintenance is straight forward with easy access to all components. LEDs and a digital display allow rapid fault diagnosis.
  * Options available include:
  - Dual controls, (both front and rear of the cab) for flexible handling.
  - Walk through platform versions (OPW 1200SE, OPW 1200HSE and OPW SPACE) for handling of bulky articles, with platforms adapted to the application.
  - Cold store version for handling down to -30° C.
  - Rail- and wire guidance is available.
  - Modular built. As an example, an auxiliary lift machine can easily be transformed into a walk through truck (OPW).
  - Platform heights up to 8.5m with standard mast. Optional Triplex mast offers platform heights up to 9.5m combined with minimized collapsed heights.
  - Wide choice of cab dimensions and fork lengths.
