The OSE100W is designed to work effectively in first and second level picking applications. The open platform gives the operator close access to both load and controls. Good performance together with an ergonomic, reliable design will help users to achieve a high level of productivity.

SAFETY

• * Optional Autoplug Braking facility provides automatic braking when the operator releases the butterfly control switch.

PERFORMANCE

• * High speed operation. Top speed and acceleration can be adjusted to suit local conditions.
  * Heavy duty battery compartment with a capacity of up to 480 Ahc.
  * Guide rollers may be fitted for operation in very narrow aisles.

COMFORT / ERGONOMICS

• * Electronic steering system. A new comfortable steering wheel module with the steering wheel placed to the left. Requires minimum effort whatever the load.

EASE OF USE

• * The forks are attached directly to the drivers platform which means that the operator has direct access onto the load carrier, and the fork unit is designed to be able to handle Euro Chep or other types of pallet from the short or long side.
  * Fast, easy battery change for multishift operations. The battery can be rolled out from the left or right or it can be lifted from above.
  * Excellent servicing and fault-finding with easy access to all components including drive wheel and castor wheel. LED’s indicate system faults.
  * Choice of Platform widths is available to suit the demands of the operation. Widths between 770 and 1500 mm available.
